Our approach

Most engineering problems worth hiring for don't sit inside one discipline. A model that works in a notebook still has to run somewhere, under real load, on a date somebody committed to.

Sonuran is organized around that whole span rather than one slice of it. In practice that means fewer hand-offs: the person who understands the algorithm is the person who understands what it costs to run and what it takes to ship.
